By working with Tenth Muse House, all collaborators agree to the following terms:
You confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
No glitter or open flames are allowed at our events or styled shoots.
No alcohol is permitted in studio rentals.
You must be able to provide valid identification upon request.
By using our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update this policy as needed, so please review it periodically.
Refund and Exchange Policy
We strive to provide high-quality rental items and exceptional services. Please review our policies regarding cancellations and damages:
Styled Services: No refunds are offered for styled services. Cancellations must be made at least 60 days in advance; otherwise, store credit will be provided.
Weddings and Elopements: Cancellations for weddings and elopements must be made at least 60 days in advance. Cancellations made within 60 days are completely non-refundable.
Rental Items: Renters are responsible for any damage or loss of items during the rental period. A damage deposit may be required and will be refunded after items are returned in their original condition.

Studio Rental Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled but are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
Reschedules must be used within a set timeframe (e.g., 30 days) and are subject to availability.
Event Policy
1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS
Participant acknowledges and understands that attending a rave-style event at X Muse House involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Exposure to loud music and intense lighting effects that may cause hearing damage or trigger photosensitive conditions
Physical injury from dancing or movement in crowded spaces
Potential hazards related to event equipment, decorations, or venue structures
Risks associated with consumption of food and beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)
Potential exposure to illegal substances that may be brought in by other attendees despite Host's efforts to prevent such activities
General risks associated with large gatherings of people
2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance at the event, whether identified above or not. Participant acknowledges that these risks may result in personal injury, property damage, illness, or in extreme cases, permanent trauma or death.
3. WAIVER AND RELEASE
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Participant hereby RELEASES, WAIVES, AND DISCHARGES Host from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by Participant, or to any property belonging to Participant, while participating in the event or while in, on, or upon the premises where the event is being conducted.
4. SLIP AND FALL WAIVER
Participant specifically acknowledges that dance floors, restrooms, basement stairs, and other areas of the premises may become wet, slippery, or otherwise hazardous during the event. Participant EXPRESSLY WAIVES any right to pursue legal action against Host for any slip, trip, or fall accidents occurring on the premises, including but not specifically limited to the basement stairs, regardless of the condition of the flooring, lighting, stairways, handrails, or other environmental factors. Participant assumes all risk of navigating the venue, including multi-level areas and stairways, and agrees that it is their responsibility to exercise appropriate caution when moving throughout the premises.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
Participant agrees to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Host from any loss, liability, damage, or costs that Host may incur due to Participant's attendance at the event, whether caused by the negligence of Host or otherwise.
6. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, Participant authorizes Host to secure medical treatment and transportation if needed, and Participant agrees to assume all costs of emergency medical care and transportation.
7. COVENANT NOT TO SUE
Participant agrees not to institute any suit or action at law or otherwise against Host, or to initiate or assist in the prosecution of any claim for damages or cause of action which Participant may have by reason of injury to their person or property, or death, arising from the activities covered by this Agreement.
8. BEHAVIOR AND COMPLIANCE
Participant agrees to:
Comply with all rules and regulations established by Host
Comply with all applicable laws regarding alcohol consumption, substance use, and public behavior
Not engage in any activities that may endanger self or others
Respect the property and rights of other attendees and the venue
Host reserves the right to remove any Participant from the premises for failure to comply with these terms.
9. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
Participant grants permission to Host to photograph and/or record them during the event and to use such images and recordings for any lawful promotional or documentary purpose without compensation.
10. COVID-19/COMMUNICABLE DISEASE ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Participant acknowledges that attending a large gathering carries inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases. Participant assumes this risk and waives any claim against Host related to possible exposure.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any portion of this Agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Utah. Any legal action related to this Agreement shall be filed in Utah.
13. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, Participant acknowledges that they:
Are at least 18 years of age
Have read this Agreement in its entirety and understand its terms
Are signing the Agreement freely and voluntarily
Intend for this Agreement to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
